RETURN REQUEST

The following policy applies to all purchases made directly from Kino Flo. If your purchase was made through one of our dealers, please contact them directly on how to proceed.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customer must obtain an authorized RMA from Kino Flo and return the merchandise to Kino Flo within 45 days of invoice date. If conditions are not met, Kino Flo reserves the right to refuse the return.
