With its proprietary chemistry, the new KF32 in a Kino Flo fixture displays a unique quality of soft light. The smooth beam gradient responds especially well to the new generation of HD cameras on the set.
The KF32 compact lamp works side by side with traditional tungsten sources without corrective filtration, and draws one tenth the power per lumen compared with hot lights.
Lamp Operation
Four True Match 55 Watt lamps, such as the New KF32 lamp, operating in a ParaBeam 400 will require .5 Amps each of power, and produce only 187 BTU’s per lamp. That’s 10 times less energy and heat than an incandescent softlight with the same light output.
